Everyone can benefit from the practice of meditation, and it can be used anywhere.  

 Meditation is a mindfulness and spirituality practice that allows you to liberate your mind from the constraints of the external world. As a result, the power to manifest your desires is unlocked through meditation. 

How to Practice Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 

Meditation may be done in any position or place, not only the traditional ones. For example, in many modern meditation methods, the practitioner sits, lies down, or even walks. 

Meditating is a simple 3-step process. 

 

  1. Find a comfortable position. The average duration of a meditation session is 30 minutes. This may be less at first, but the goal is to be as relaxed as possible so that your attention shifts to the nothingness of nothing. Any position is OK as long as you keep your mind on the task at hand.

 

  1. Take a deep breath and relax. When it comes to practicing meditation, it’s imperative that you focus on your breath. The most important clue is to pay attention to the air entering your nose and the air exiting your mouth. Many newcomers to meditation begin by concentrating just on their breathing, re-establishing a connection with the most primordial part of their being.

 

  1. Distractions must be eliminated. Meditation isn’t always about focusing on the future. It’s all about escaping from the rest of the world. The more distractions you remove, the easier it will be to focus on yourself.

Motivating Yourself  to Be More Productive 

One of the essential things you can do for yourself is to increase your level of motivation. If you lack motivation, you have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, getting things done, and finding meaning in your work. Your demise will therefore be due to a lack of drive. 

The practice of meditation can help you become more self-motivated and productive. 

There are two primary methods to benefit from meditation: 

 

  1. Attraction. The first way is to focus on attracting what you want most while meditating. Then, visualizing your objectives and finding sources of inspiration will help you reach your goals, and increasing your productivity will help you achieve your goals.

  1. Release. This may seem contradictory, yet it has been this way for centuries in the teaching of Buddhism. To establish personal motivation for accomplishing your goals, it is essential you let go of any ties to the surface.

It’s easy to get caught up in the idea of “finding” something that doesn’t exist in terms of our drive. So let go of the rest of the world and solely focus on what is most essential to you in your meditation practice. 

It might be challenging to find inspiration, but you can boost your productivity and drive by using your mind and simple meditation practices.
